   Garbage is included in the rental amount. Residents are responsible for their own electric bill, water bill, internet, cable, and telephone line. Apartments are internet and cable ready. 

 Each apartment comes with two assigned parking spaces, one of which is covered. 

Prospect Hill Apartments is a pet-free community. 

Live-in and visiting pets are not permitted onto the property

We do not accept cosigners.

Prospect Hill is a 16 unit apartment complex.

  Two of the sixteen units participate in the Government Regulated Affordable rent program.
